The airport flight area situation is complicate, particular in the large airport runways that criss-cross, a small negligence may be causing a large devastation. In recent years, with the rapid development of my country's aviation industry, the phenomenon of runway intrusion has occurred more and more frequently. Statistics show that if the traffic volume increases by 20% at the airport, the probability of runway incursion is as high as 140%. In 2006, ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) issued Runway Incursion Prevention Manual, which defines runway incursion as, events that any aircraft, vehicle or personnel erroneously entering the airport runway or taxiway designated for aircraft landing and take-off. FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) defines it as, all events about an aircraft, vehicle, person or object on the ground in the airport runway environment that creates a collision hazard with an aircraft taking off, preparing to take-off, approach and landing, which resulting in a loss or flight delay.

Disadvantages of Traditional Way

The Situation of the Runway is Invisible
As the traditional facilities were adopted, the airport management can only see the virtual electronic nodes formed by electronic signals at the monitoring terminal, and there is no real-time location information of vehicles and person, as well as impossible to acquire the visual situation of the flight area at once, so they have no idea to take timely and effective measures to prevent the threat happened or minimize the loss of damage.
Unable to Warn and Predict Potential Risks
As the traditional solutions cannot set a restricted area, the airport management cannot accurately judge when and whether the threats enter into the runway, and cannot effectively predict potential risks happened, so, it is difficult to prevent the occurrence of intrusion events.

ALLIN TECH Wide Area Panoramic Airport Runway Anti-Intrusion System is adopting High-throughput data acquisition technology, which is integrated by 8 to 12 pieces of 640*512 Pixels infrared detectors, can achieve 16bits image high-speed acquisition and 25Hz frame rate HD video real-timely output. The system is base on the technical advantages of FPGA+CPU+GPU heterogeneous multi-core embedded platform, using the advanced moving target detection algorithm to achieve the real-time detection of multiple targets under complex ground background in the airport runway and taxiway entrance area. Meantime, it taking the cut-edge technologies of real-time enhancement, splicing, and panoramic video encoding are performed on the collected infrared images, and artificial intelligence algorithms are used to effectively eliminate non-set targets in the infrared images to avoid false alarms.
